i’m confused now. the above/previous question implies that you CAN get to the checkpu tape and process payment. i guess I do not understand the question(s), as you cannot “complete info details of customers” if cannot get to the order/checkout page in the first place

you just need to enable it/them in wppizza->gateways

however, just having had a quick look at your site you posted above, you have a 500 error :
“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)” for
“/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”
which you need to fix (this has nothing to do with wppizza)

my guess would be it’s a permission issue on your server, but it really could be anything.
i would suggest you enable debug like so:
