Hello Olly,
When a Customer places an order, i need an additional field, because the customer should be able to select iof he want to pay with money or with card, when the driver arrives.
I added an additional Field here :
That works fine and the customer can choose when he places an order:
Problem: When I manage the Mail templates this field is not shown
And therefore it is not “transmitted” by mail. (I hope you know what I mean). I need “that Field” in the Mail … anything we can do?

double check your template settings.
if you enable an additional formfield you have to go back to your templates and enable it there too31 March, 2016 at 5:17 pm #16970Found the error: I have to add a new template so the fields show up. Any way to get fields in an existing template? So we don’T havbe to make a new template and copy all things when we add a formfield… ?
Like you see here … the one on the bottom is the existing one : Not show. When I add “new template” the fields show up.
31 March, 2016 at 5:24 pm #16971i think i know why that is and has something to do with another bug that was fixed a couple of weeks ago (which now has caused this behaviour it seems)
clearly it should show up in all templates – even previously set onesi’ll find out
