automatic refresh not happening

      Hello there!
      Hope all is well with you. I have a problem with the Automatic refresh not working since 30th September. So that I can see the orders I have to manually click “Show most recent “confirmed” orders” button – the poll for order is set for 30 seconds but the system does not allow me to change this. Please can you help? Thanks, Kate
