I know this feature needs a database with postal codes, but it would be very useful if you can block any orders coming from outside postal codes you are not delivering (or the opposite: delimit Postal codes from – to). Perhaps it is possible to use available free databases ? In this case form should be adapted by adding the fields according to country…

as stated though, if you only want to restrict by postcode and do not need to set different delivery prices and/or email addresses depending on postcode selected you do not need to pay/buy anything…(just making this clear)
