Can't add distance (area)

Hey Olly,

I just installed the Zip Code add on. I was excited because our zip code covers a large geographical area and we cannot deliver to some that live far away. I have spent a couple hour trying to figure out how to add a new delivery area but can’t figure out how to do it. Basically, there is no “up to” field. I can only add the zip code, email, etc…
Also, I the google maps thing just doesn’t work so I can’t use that. Thanks for the help!

although it mostly works on your site from what i can see (and i cannot really see the problems you are describing), there are some things it should be doing but does not.
if you install the above, i can download a local copy to perhaps narrow it down to a few things without having to touch your site

i’ll also do something about the layout so the buttons are not that messed up (kind of surprised i overlooked that one)
might take a day or two. when you see an update to the plugin, just install it
