iPhone 6 Issue (only tested on 6) . Scrolling works fine on Android phones.Items are selected to be ordered and listed on the top correctly. However, items in cart DO NOT Scroll – Making it so a customer cannot remove items.
No matter how I tap into the Shopping Cart area nothing will scroll. I can see how it is supposed to work when I test it on an Android phone and tablet.
test site available here: order.dingo.net
Thanks,
Neil

it does not belong therehttps://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/things-to-do-on-first-install/
other than that , that screenshot doesnt tell me much, but i’ll see what i can see here if i go to your demo site

http://order.dingo.net/ => Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)
16 September, 2015 at 6:35 pm #12380Sorry – its http://order.dingho.net
The image I sent you was one I cut and pasted – I didn’t change where the cart goes on the mobile phone – it is below the upper area I just put side by side for example.
Thanks
Neil
16 September, 2015 at 6:45 pm #12381still doesnt belong on that page ….
that said – though i dont have an iphone as such and use a various emulators instead – it works just fine when i go to your site (orderpage or any other page actually)…
16 September, 2015 at 7:02 pm #12382I put the cart widget on the sidebar. The theme then puts it on the bottom of each page. I can exclude the Order Page if you think that’s helpful for some reason certainly.
However the cart is on the menu pages as well and the issue I’m having is too.
I tried emulators but they do not work 100% – I had tried that before taking screen shots. The actual iPhone does not offer an elevator bar on the side to move content within a window up and doown like the emulator suggests.
I will video my phone and include it here shortly.
Thanks

get rid of it on the orderpage. there’s a reason why it shouldn’t be there
it wont break things as such but you will confuse the hell out of people in certain scenarios as some charges can only be calculated on the final page which will not be reflected in the cart, so you have mismatched prices
>I will video my phone and include it here shortly.
ok>I tried emulators but they do not work 100%
work fine here.
never mind the fact , you are the first one that says it cannot be scrolled.
as you are not the only oneusing an iphone i would expect to have more reports of this if it were the case (never say never of course)got any friends with the same phone that can replicate it ?
16 September, 2015 at 7:14 pm #12384PS if you want to allow your customers to still edit/amend on the orderpage you can enable that in
layout->Enable increase/decrease of items in order form via input field/textbox
16 September, 2015 at 7:40 pm #12385I removed cart from order page. I also selected the option to edit orders and the screen looks like this…
Items with Edit option
A nice option but I can not scroll to edit ones not showing. This is detailed more in this video.
I will call someone else with an iPhone 6 to see if it is just my issue.
Thanks again.

okbtw, screenshots aren’t really helpful here as they don’t show the interaction with it (just save yourself the effort in this case)
16 September, 2015 at 7:49 pm #12389by the way , i can see the issue in your video .
what puzzles me though is the following.
the cart just has some standard overflow:auto css .
there is nothing complicated here that should/could cause this not to work really.
it’s just plain cssany chance your theme or some customisations override this when on iphone?
or perhaps only an issue if logged in ? dunno16 September, 2015 at 8:32 pm #12396Spoke with someone with iPhone 6 and iPad 2 – same issue on both.
We are using the DIVI theme from Elegant Themes. No customization.I just tried it on your demo (https://www.wp-pizza.com/twentytwelve/) with my iPhone and I have the same issue – once the box is full I can not scroll in it. I will send image if you want but you likely get the picture.
Sorry for the trouble. I’m sure the solution will come to you quickly. I too am surprised I am the first to come across this – unless others haven’t tested a large order.
Thanks again.
Neil
16 September, 2015 at 8:38 pm #12398can you try with a default theme (like twentytwelve)
16 September, 2015 at 8:38 pm #12399>Sorry for the trouble.
no trouble. just no way i can have every actual phone on the planet to test things on….
and before it can be fixed i need to be able to reproduce it of course16 September, 2015 at 8:41 pm #12400Aren’t there only 2 phone types? iPhone and not iPhone :>)
Did you send suggestion while I was saying I tested it on your demo. Your demo scrolls on our Samsung Edge here – not on iPhone.

no . there’s only one phone type ..and then there’s iStuff…:)
>Your demo scrolls on our Samsung Edge here – not on iPhone.
ok . that’s something at least.still puzzled though that it only you see to have this issue.
will investigate further, but – at the moment – have no idea where to look (as mentioned, it’s just plain css there)
will ask some others to see what they find16 September, 2015 at 9:51 pm #12404>>Your demo scrolls on our Samsung Edge here – not on iPhone.
mind you , is that just your phone or does the same issue arise on your friends iPad too ?
i would have the thought i would have even heard more/earlier about that if this were an issue on iPad too..16 September, 2015 at 10:25 pm #12406Just had him check both – same issue with your demo – no scrolling.
Neil
16 September, 2015 at 11:58 pm #12408most peculiar.
let me add something to the css of the demo and perhaps you can test this again on your i6
(i’m afraid you have to be a bit of a guinea pig for a moment)will get back to you in a minute when done
