      Lets say a customer clicks order online link which loads website. They then must click the menu button to view all categories. How do I make the menu categories display when they view the home page without having to click menu button.

        This is a question for your theme developer.
        Wppizza has no (nor does it want to have) control over how your “Appearance -> Menus” are displayed
