wp-pizza ver 2.15.0.13
wp-pizza paypal gateway ver 3.0.2trying to change the paypal address as client has changed her paypal account causing the gateway to error. It was working OK in the past.
However when I change to her new paypal address, the address reverts to the sandbox address. The gateway was working with an address that was not the sandbox address. Sandbox is not enabled.
Also, I can put a different random address in there and it is accepted.
I did try using her paypal merchant account ID instead but this also reverted.
any ideas what might be causing this?

can you turn on debug (https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/how-to-enable-debug-in-wordpress/)and let me know if you get anything in the debug log when saving with another address ?
thanks
6 October, 2015 at 8:40 pm #13023Hi,
It must have been browser/cookie related as switching from Chrome to Firefox I was able to change the address.
I have a new problem now, I am getting this message:
error [pp-1102]: Sorry, this order has already been processed or does not exist !
However the order is still placed and the confirmation emails from wp-pizza and paypal are getting sent. Although there appears to be a slight delay between placing and email.
I am getting a pp-success and pp-ok log files created.
I am working through your gateway troubleshooting, but everything appears to be working just delayed.
WOuld you prefer I start a new thread for this?

no, it’s fine>It must have been browser/cookie related as switching from Chrome to Firefox I was able to change the address.
cant see how, but if it works now, we wont complain
>error [pp-1102]: Sorry, this order has already been processed or does not exist !
are you caching the order page perhaps ?6 October, 2015 at 9:41 pm #13025No caching enabled.
However turning off ithemes security seems to clear the error. I am working through the settings to see which specific one causes the error.
I’ll update this thread when I know.
6 October, 2015 at 10:25 pm #13029ok, please do.
perhaps they block ipn submissions from paypal to your server or some such thing?!
6 October, 2015 at 10:54 pm #13030looks like that may be a false trail, as I intermittently get a fully complete order sometimes which can happen with the plugin activated or deactivated.
I now have all plugins deactivated, but still get the error sometimes, and sometimes it works fine???
Any suggestions on next steps?

intermittent isnt good, as the code deosnt change intermittently (obviously)can you check with paypal here please…
(ipn’s send etc)that said, can you send *all* the logs in your logs/ directory of the paypal thing (zipped and assuming you have logging enabled) to dev[at]wp-pizza.com
*perhaps* there is something in there..dunno, worth a look
