Would it be possible to add an option to disable the sticky cart on mobile, while allowing it to stay on in desktop view?

Reason I ask is on mobile I use jQuery to move the sidebar above the content (right sidebar otherwise ends up on the bottom), but once I scroll down to where the cart would have been originally, it jumps down with a sticky class and ends up behind the last menu items.
