hello nice plugin just a quick question could not find something here about this.
i will enable user to register on my site throught backend everyone can register is checked but i want to disable registration in the checkout is there a possibilty to do this?29 December, 2015 at 8:06 pm #14855if you register users through the backend only, just disable “anyone can register” as you can still register through the backend that way regardless.
if that’s not what you meant, then i don’t think i understand the issue…29 December, 2015 at 10:38 pm #14860I mean they can normally register on my site there is a register button in the backend “anyone can register” is set on true. thats the problem if this is set on true i can not deactivate it on the wp pizza checkout. could you do this feature? or is there a feature? i looked 3 times through all the settings
the problem why is because emails are working all fine but if they register through wp pizza it doesnt send email. all other emails working so i just want to disable through checkout.
sorry my englsich bad
30 December, 2015 at 10:59 am #14863surely, the question here should not be how do i disable one thing if another thing does not work
but “why does the other thing (i.e email on registering) not work.you should turn on debug and find out / check your error logs when doing a registration via the checkout page
30 December, 2015 at 11:19 am #14866i dont know why it dont work and i do not have the experience to do this.
thats why i just want to disable wp pizza checkout registration. is there any possibility to do this?30 December, 2015 at 12:43 pm #14869> is there any possibility to do this?
no.
if you want this off, you have to turn off “anybody can register”.
again, you should fix the underlying issue (i assume you re also using the latest version of the plugin of course)again, turn on debug and find your issue.

if you are not able to do this you should most certainly also not try to hack the plugin to disable something that – as far as i know – works just fine unless something else is not working elsewhere…..
30 December, 2015 at 3:01 pm #14871i am running wordpress 4.3 not 4.4 i will update it then it works maybe thank you for your help olly
31 December, 2015 at 1:31 pm #14880i wasn’t actually referring to wordpress being up to date (although that’s of course a good idea too) but using the latest wppizza version
another simple way though to disable this – if you must – is using css to just hide the create/register element in the checkout page
