      Hello,

      I’ve installed the ‘Delivery by Post/Zip Code’-Plugin. Then I’ve added the zip-codes prices, saved it and enabled the first 5 checkbuttons, too, but nothing happens, if i open the page.

      There is no pop-up and there is no field in the order-form.

      Did I forget a step to display the selection?

          none of your post/zipcodes entered are enabled from what i can see….?!
