Hello,
when i edit the email tempalte in wppizza->template->”default HTML” nothing changes why?(i dont want to display some things in the mail and i unchecked it in the email settings but nothing happens)

(such as email recipients: shop and bccs and/or customer and/or additional recipients)see also the help tab at the top right of the screen for more info on those

alternatively – if it’s easier for you and you are ok with that – give me admin access so i can have a look.

but you have not selected the “shop and bccs” for the template you want to use but it’s still selected for the standard template.
