Recently my customer started having problems with some of the orders not making it to the email designed. I set it up so that my email would receive a copy of the email. I am getting all of the emails correctly but the email I set up so that the customer would start getting the email. He missed two of the emails tonight. Do you have any ideas why the emails would fail from time to time?
What is happening is that some of the order email are not making it to the restaurant email account. Why would he not get a few and I am getting a copy of them all?

very good point. you will have to speak to whoever deals with your emails and see what delivery reports/logs say etc… maybe some got junked for some reason ?
really nothing i can do my end I would have thought…..
