I get the following error page when I’m trying to make an order:
Apologies. There was an error receiving your order. Please try again.

What does this error mean? What do I need to change in my configuration?
I have installed the WP-Pizza plugin on a clean WP installation. I’ve set up the cart widget, and putting things in the cart works great.12 December, 2014 at 9:40 pm #6597sounds like your server has problems sending emails
try setting
wppizza->settings->Select Type of Mail Delivery to HTML/Plaintext (as that tends to give better error messages)and see what it says (and let me know)
also enable debug. the debug.log might also help

as I receive today after plugin update the same error:
“Apologies. There was an error receiving your order. Please try again.” I went looking on the forum and came out on this post:I followed above steps, activated the debug in the config file, but no debug.log is created in the wp-content/ folder.
All was working fine until the update. Standard install of the plugin for already a long time.
E-mail used is one within the domein itself.Can yo advice?

secondly though, this error/notice never comes on its own and there will be something additional after that (i.e the reason of that note)
(of course, never say never, so if that’s not the case, there is something seriously wrong )on top of that, please also emable wppizza->tools ->debug and see if you you get more error info
