Hi,
Is there a way to add EXTRA to the extra non standard ingredients of a pizza, like we can display NO to any minused items? It makes the receipt hard to read as any extra ingredients are added in any order as a regular ingredient.
IS this *Added* ingredients display options ?
Thanks in advance.

you can add what you like. just write “extra” in front of the ingredient name>It makes the receipt hard to read…
sorry, i do not understand what any of this has to do with it being hard to read…
or, more accurately, what do you mean by hard to read exactly ?31 July, 2015 at 10:14 am #11314>Is there a way to add EXTRA…
or – of course – just set the label of the group as “extra something”.
many ways to do this I would have thought4 August, 2015 at 9:13 am #11346Hi, I don’t think i explained what i mean correctly, I have preselected ingredients for each Pizza, so it gives you the ability to minus some standard ingredients. Please see below >
Now if i add Hot Chilli as an extra ingredient on my pizza, Please see below >
It’s added as a regular ingredient i guess and not singled out as an extra non standard ingredient.
See below on cart/receipt page >
Pizza maker has to read each order carefully for custom ingredients, to find out if it’s a standard Margherita or with custom toppings.
It would be nice if it said EXTRA next to custom ingredients, like we can say NO GARLIC at the bottom of the page.
Hope this explains it better.
If i write EXTRA on all the ingredients than it will say EXTRA on standard ingredients too right?
Thank you.

correctapart from that, i understand what you mean now. I’ll see what I can do, though I cannot give you an ETA as to if or when this will be implemented
4 August, 2015 at 10:11 am #11348OK no worries, thanks again for all the hard work!
5 August, 2015 at 5:53 am #11392Hi,
Just noticed something in ingredients > options , is this not exactly what we are talking about here? To add a label next to any additional added ingredients?
Cheers.
5 August, 2015 at 6:07 am #11393Oh i see, these options display the price next to any added ingredient, half way there! Any easy way to also display this on the receipt also? Currently only displays in ingredient window. PLease see below…
Thanks Again!

no, sorry
8 August, 2015 at 4:57 pm #11436as of v4.10.1 you now have an additional option that you can enable to add “extra” (or whatever) to additionally added ingredients that were not already pre-selected in the first place . hope that helps
10 August, 2015 at 4:59 am #11459Hi Olly,
Fantastic news! You’re the man!
Do you have an ETA on the release of this update?Regards,

already done. make sure you have the licence activated and it should show up in your updates/plugin pages in the WP admin
11 August, 2015 at 2:55 pm #11494License is active now! I didn’t realise it had deactivated, i just realised i’m running 4.8, update not coming up! This is a WP-Multisite by the way, do i need to update the plugin manually in this mode?
Regards,
11 August, 2015 at 3:33 pm #11495– have a look in network admin->dashboard / updates
– if you just activated it , it might take a few hours to show up though
– that said, i know of a handful of servers that just refused to show the updates for some reasons so the whole licence handling was changed in 4.9.2. as you do not have that yet, you might have to do this manually
– if so, download the latest version from https://www.wp-pizza.com/checkout/purchase-history , and unzip somewhere. then de-ACTIVATE (do NOT uninstall unless you want to loose all your settings!), overwrite the files and re-activate. that should be that
17 August, 2015 at 12:00 pm #11570Hi,
Ok Thanks for that, still no updates showing after a few days, this site is now live so i am a little nervous about attempting a manual plugin upgrade! Now that everything is working flawlessly!
I’ll see how thing go. Thanks again.
18 August, 2015 at 3:49 pm #11592ok.
in the meantime, i believe i also found a bug related to that implementation/option that might or might not affect you.
essentially a custom group gets displayed even if not assigned to that menu item.
most of the time thhough, custom groups would be assigned to all available items…anyway, i’ll fix that
18 August, 2015 at 7:07 pm #11593should now be fixed as of v4.10.4
26 August, 2015 at 10:25 am #11783Hi Olly,
I finally upgraded to 4.10.4 manually, except now it add ‘EXTRA’ to all ingredients not just the non preselected ingredient ‘MILD SALAMI’ please see below.
Below is my pre selected ingredients setup.

I will fix that asap (might be a few days though)26 August, 2015 at 12:35 pm #11786No probs, thanks so much for your efforts, i could almost see it working!
