Fixed delivery fee and minimum pieces of order

      Hello,

      My customer want a small online pizza order page.
      They ask me the following.
      -The city which the kitchen is, no delivery fee over 1000HUF
      Besides that, they determine 3 different “delivery round”
      1. round: minimum deliver 2pcs pizza and the delivery fee is 450HUF (fix)
      2. round: minimum deliver 2pcs pizza and the delivery fee is 900HUF (fix)
      1. round: minimum deliver 6pcs pizza and the delivery fee is 900HUF (fix)

      is it possible to set this scenario with the DBP plugin?
