      For the calculating the minimum order make difference between counted in or not, for example: Beverages not counted in the calculation of minimum order or free of transport fee

        you can already do that. just go to wppizza->order settings->Exclude following menu items when calculating if free delivery applies
        (unless i misunderstood what it is you are after)
