but as for the main wppizza plugin as well as all gateways/extensions etc the following is the case:

frontend:
the frontend can always be used in any language regardless of whether a translation exists for a particular plugin or not.
If a translation exists it will only be used ONCE – on install – to fill the localization strings with defaults.
If a translation does not exists, it will be filled with english defaults.

After these defaults have been added, you can translate/change the localization strings to whatever you like so you can also of course translated them to any other not-included language language

administration/backend:
if it has been translated, it will follow whatever language has been chosen in WP. If it has not been translated yet, english will be used .
Note: as most plugins are work in progress, it may be the case that a translation exists for a given language, but not all strings have been translated, so you might get a mixture of your chosen language and english.
