28 June, 2016 at 3:07 pm #19145Hi
were you able to resolve this issue as I have exactly the same problem. I installed a SMTP plugin but it hasn’t helped.
If you were able to solve the problem could you please describe what you did
thank you

Any ideas? Thanks!
5 July, 2016 at 1:53 am #19289did you follow the suggestions in this thread?
did you set a from email address that corresponds to your server (as mentioned in the big , red DMARC notice in the admin if it is not )?
Did you have a look at the (mail) server (error) logs ?by default the plugin sends the same email to buyer and seller in the same email (using cc’s etc), if you only receive one of these, the chances are it gets rejected by the mail server for the other because of – perhaps – firewall, MX, PTR, DMARC settings of the server.
you should speak to your mail server admin. they would be much better placed to find out as I have no idea about your setup (mail or otherwise)5 July, 2016 at 11:14 pm #19305Ahh, I didn’t know that it is the same Email to buyer and seller. Now I see that there is a CC and since both Email adresses were the same I tought there was one missing. So for me it is solved.
Thanks!

However, just to be clear. the default is using cc’s etc .
you can always add distinct separate emails using the drag/drop templates - AuthorPosts
