      Hi Oly,

      thanks for the support on the files and the bakery here is using the plugin to receive ordering of coffees. We have elected to have the emails automatically probably using printed on a POS receipt printer on the counter top so we dont have interaction with the people serving and the computer.

      Have not tried to print the order email on the printer yet, so the question is premature. Is there a way we can have the ordered menu items sent with substitute names.

      eg Capuccinno becomes Cap
      Roasted Beef Roll becomes RBB
      Egg/Bacon Toastie becomes EBT

      Normal print width is 72mm so could force small font but still needs to be readable

        Using Namtuk Automatic Email Manager for direct printing. If we used a android or ios tablet will probably use cloud print.

          i know of other people that printed with this sort of printer without issues (as far as i can remember anyway)

          so, if there are issues let me know when you know
