      1.How to move Shopping cart from bottom to side of the screen (right side) as seen in the demo

      2. can I have the shopping cart floating on the screen so if a person scrolls down the cart moves down as a person scrolls the page

        1: that’s down to your theme and where *you* put it
        2: there is a scrolling/sticky cart option but that may not be suitable for all themes . if it doesn’t work on your theme, you’ll have to do some css or js depending on your scenario/layout

          I am using the twenty twelve theme
          the resize does not work

          and this code:

          [wppizza type='search' include='wppizza,post,page' ][wppizza category="pizza" noheader="1"] [wppizza showadditives=’0’] [wppizza type='cart' stickycart='0' width ='90%' height='350' ] [wppizza type='cartwidget']

          the cart is not resizing. I also tried using the pixels as well

          please advise…

            there is no type “cartwidget” . period.
            of the bunch of shortcodes you posted above, only this is relevant from what i can see

            [wppizza type=’cart’ stickycart=’0′ width =’90%’ height=’350′ ]

            (and it works just fine here)

            however, if you are using the 2012 theme anyway i don’t understand why you are not using the widget in the first place…?!

              1 what widget are you speaking of ??
              2.It is not resizing still… These are the modifications I made
