Is there a way to keep the ingredients the way I sorted them in the shopping cart?
I have an item with ingredients sorted in a specific way when the customer clicks on the item. Once it’s added to the cart, the ingredients are now sorted alphabetically. Is there a way to keep them the way I want them?
I checked around in the options, but didn’t see an anything for this. Maybe I missed it.

*Added* ingredients display options -> by order set5 January, 2016 at 2:47 am #14974Ok, I tried that. No luck.
It did work on another site though. Don’t know what might be causing it. Need to investigate further.
Thanks!

Is there a way to display the ingredients grouped in the same way the ingredients are grouped?I have a Pizza offer, small with 3 toppings and a soda. One group allows the selection of toppings, another the kind of soda. Would be good to be able to show the soda name separately, as a new line.
1x Offer 1.390 kr Pineapple, Bacon, Cheddar, Coke
would be
1x Offer 1.390 kr Toppings: Pineapple, Bacon, Cheddar Drink: Coke

One for the ingredients, and one for the drink27 April, 2016 at 2:32 pm #17686I am, what I mean is sort in the cart/order print by the custom groups.

wppizza->ingredients : options ->”Display ingredient groups in emails”however, playing around with this for a moment, it appears that – if you enable this option – the ingredients selected in each group (in the emails etc) are sorted alphabetically again and do not obey the custom sort order.
i’ll have to look into that

PLEASE: if this is a question, start a new topic. Those screenshot as they are with the comments there are help noone and just confuse the issue27 April, 2016 at 3:36 pm #17690@Olly Not a question. I was just trying to help @rosakick out with the screenshots.

fair enough.
problem is, your screenshot is showing things that apparently do not work the way you have it setup. The added ingredients in your screenshot should be the other way round (i.e “house salad” first, the same order as in the group underneath) – unless these screenshots are made with different settingsthen again, according to your own admission (https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/ingredients-sorting/#post-14974) you have some other issues anyway
furthermore, it (the 2nd screenshot) does not really address the question regarding how to display the toppings groups in the emails/order history

That was an old issue that rosakick posted in and bumped. It has been fixed for a while now.
In the first screenshot I showed where to go on the backend and set it. The second screenshot was just me misreading, I thought it was asking how to display it on the website. I couldn’t find a way to edit the post so I left it there.27 April, 2016 at 3:54 pm #17693ok, no problem, i’ve removed the second screenshot . will just confuse matters leaving it
