Hi!
From time to time our customers complain about missing items. They add items to the shopping basket but in the final order, the items are missing. I tried to reproduce this error but could not do it so far. Did you hear from this problem?

No

thanks for the reply. The problem appears independently from a caching plugin. It appeared in the past (without caching) and appears now that we have installed a caching plugin (the order page was excluded from the beginning of caching).
I will try to reproduce the error and come back to you.

I was able to reproduce the error on the iPhone (Safari Browser).
What did I do? I put three different items to the cart very fast (just touching the “price” quickly). For each item, the price was replaced with the symbol ✓ – therefor I would assume that the item was passed to the cart. However only to of the three items made it to the cart.
