mark pickup as highlighted to on email

Is there a way if a user checks pickup, to HIGHLIGHT that in bold to have them make aware of that note ?

I do NOT want it just red BOLD, I also want it HIGHLIGHTED <mark> HIGHLIGHTED </mark>

I want it to stand out more to the restaurant preparer of the food so they know. They have a Monochrome Printer.

the <mark> does not seem to work…
