No email to customers

      Hello Friends, i have a problem.
      I donkt know what is the Problem.

      After Order send WP Pizza a Mail to me (Central) and NO Mail to Customers.
      What think is Problem?
      A Setting?

        you are not giving me anything to go on, so this could be anything.

        check your settings (wppizza->templates)

        check your (mail) server (logs)

        check junk/spam folders

        enable debug (maybe there is an error somewhere ?!)

        if it sends one mail (the one to you), it will send the other. my *guess* would be some spam setting / mail server setting

          Hello + thank you for reply.

          When I installed WP Pizza it worked wonderfully.
          I have worked a lot on WP PIzza (Settings and more), maybe I have A setting changed … ?

          I have in Templets check + and i think Settings here are right.
          shop and customer are on.

          After Order send WP Pizza a Mail to Shop Mail Adress.
          After Order send WP Pizza no Mail to Customer.
          Additional recipients i have make my Mail and so send WP pizza after order a Mail to me.

          + Spam Folder have no Mail by Customers.

            pics look ok
            is your shop email address something like [email protected] ?
            (i.e do you get a big red DMARC notice at the top of your admin screen or not )

            in any event, with your settings, if it’s sent to the shop, it’s sent to the customer (it’s simply a cc)
            if it does not go there, your mailserver has an issue (perhaps not the proper MX/PTR/DMARC etc etc entries)
            essentially, this has nothing to do with the plugin, but the mail server setup somewhere

            speak to your host. they should investigate those emails
            as i said, with your settings the customer gets THE SAME email in cc so if it does not get there they(your email host) should investigate

              Hello, yes my Mail is [email protected].

              Ok i will look with Host from Mail.
              I hope so can make repair this problem.

                  your most likely issue is that you have not set a from email address that corresponds to your server

                  looking at this

                  your *from* email is set to “[email protected]”. this should be something that corresponds to your domain !
                  (you will also have a big red DMARC notice at the top of your screen that will tell you about this)

                    Hello,

                    i have not “[email protected]” in settings.
                    I have edit this before i have upload to online this Pic.
                    Will not all see my Mail. 🙂

                      Thank you for help it, i have so hard search and you have find my problem…
                      Is very simple and i have search and search.

                      Wp Pizza -> Order form settings -> MAIL all box activate make = Mails send it.
