although the administration backend is currently only available in a few other languages apart from english (albeit translation ready, contact me if you want to help me translating it into a different language), you can have the frontend in whatever language you want.

just go to wppizza->settings->localization and edit the variables as required. Furthermore, WPPizza is WPML compatible.
