Hi Olly,
We have had a strange occurrence, an order apparently was placed on the site on 16/09, but no notification was received via email/cloud print, except the paypal payment email came through and the payment was in the account but no record of this order on the WP system at all, not even a user registration/order history etc….
I have been trying to replicate this issue on the site with no luck, are you able to shed any light on this situation? How is this possible?
Regards,
17 September, 2015 at 7:43 am #12414I just did a test paypal transaction, looks like after the payment goes through in paypal, you are redirected to the below payment status page which keeps refreshing…. this is where the order isn’t being processed by the system i think….
Looks like it’s broken somewhere….
Thanks again.
17 September, 2015 at 7:52 am #12416I just realised i’m on 2.1.7.8 !
Can i also update this plugin manually like ingredients?
For some reason i’m not getting any update notifications for your extensions.
Cheers.
17 September, 2015 at 8:15 am #12418OK Solved it by updating the paypal gateway manually. PLease disregard last post’s/thread
Cheers!
18 September, 2015 at 6:36 pm #12442If you put your license in the extension options and hit Activate you will receive update notifications for the extensions
19 September, 2015 at 5:17 am #12445Yes i have done that! All extensions licenses are active but no auto update notifications on any of them. Only WPPizza receives auto updates. (WP Multi-Site) setup
Cheers.
19 September, 2015 at 1:36 pm #12449That’s weird. I also have multisite and it works fine. I received an update for the Stripe gateway about a week or two ago.

i’m confused.
you are already using 3.0.2 from what i can see, so there would not be any updates showing up anywaythat said, if you downloaded it manually and updated from 2.1.7.somethimg
then this should work a lot more reliable now for versions 3.+

23 September, 2015 at 1:28 pm #12602>protects version numbers by default.
possibly, but i doubt it. if so , it would be exceptionally stupidlet me explain why:
a) visitor comes to your site , does stuff. scripts are now in his cache
b) you update site/plugins with newer versions
c) visitor comes back to your site. browser of visitor says: cool it’s the same file, no need to download again
d) result: site doesn’t work as visitor is using old script…..unless that is wordfence does something very clever with expiry times somehow
24 September, 2015 at 3:50 am #12624Fair enough, we may actually be talking about two different things, i was refrencing this function of wordfence http://docs.wordfence.com/en/Wordfence_options?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=pluginUI&utm_campaign=docsIcon#Hide_WordPress_version
Turns it it hides the wordpress version. Not what we’re talking about here yeah?
24 September, 2015 at 11:30 am #12625>function of wordfence
yup, seems all wordfence is doing is hiding WP version no (for whatever reason that’s supposed to be good for)so it seems something else is getting rid of all other version numbers everywhere else….
anyway, jut thought i’d mention it. what you do about it is up to you of course - AuthorPosts
