Hi,
some customers are reporting that their order forms are prefilled with other customers’ info!
It’s only happening with 6 out of 25 people, they don’t share internet or browsers or have any connection with each other.
Any ideas ?
Thanks, DM.

sure. stop caching the order page…..
https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/things-to-do-on-first-install/11 November, 2016 at 10:45 am #23262Thanks Olly, i don’t have a caching plugin installed, the system is now adding unselected items to people’s orders as well as prefilling name and address.
Does WP have caching going on without installing a caching plugin ?
Thanks.
11 November, 2016 at 11:33 am #23263got a link ?
this most certainly sounds like chaching of some sort11 November, 2016 at 10:16 pm #23294Yes it’s http://rural-lunch.co.uk.
I only had two weeks to build the site (girlfriends!) a couple of years ago so it’s a bodge job between visual form builder and roman carts for transactions.
Your system is nicely thought out.
I can give you a temp admin login if you like ?
11 November, 2016 at 10:22 pm #23295what you have to sort out before anything else
on https://rural-lunch.co.uk/orders/
(in console)
https://rural-lunch.co.uk/wp/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)500 error could be anything – but it’s never good – so you will have to check your debug logs
11 November, 2016 at 10:24 pm #2329613 November, 2016 at 10:53 am #23308I’m not sure what you mean about the /orders/ URL ?
I can’t replicate the error 500.
If it’s not caching what else could it be?
Thanks, Gary.

it’s on ALL of your pages . look at the console (in Chrome ctrl+shift+i or F12)14 November, 2016 at 11:41 am #23326Thanks Olly, the console in firefox wasn’t showing it as a 500 but chrome does. Time to check the logs!
