      Hi,

      some customers are reporting that their order forms are prefilled with other customers’ info!

      It’s only happening with 6 out of 25 people, they don’t share internet or browsers or have any connection with each other.

      Any ideas ?

          Thanks Olly, i don’t have a caching plugin installed, the system is now adding unselected items to people’s orders as well as prefilling name and address.

          Does WP have caching going on without installing a caching plugin ?

              Yes it’s http://rural-lunch.co.uk.

              I only had two weeks to build the site (girlfriends!) a couple of years ago so it’s a bodge job between visual form builder and roman carts for transactions.

              Your system is nicely thought out.

              I can give you a temp admin login if you like ?

                https://rural-lunch.co.uk/wp/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

                500 error could be anything – but it’s never good – so you will have to check your debug logs

                    I’m not sure what you mean about the /orders/ URL ?

                    I can’t replicate the error 500.

                    If it’s not caching what else could it be?

                      it’s on ALL of your pages . look at the console (in Chrome ctrl+shift+i or F12)

                        Thanks Olly, the console in firefox wasn’t showing it as a 500 but chrome does. Time to check the logs!
