Hi Olly. I have a small dilemma I would like to resolve if possible. I have set my order preparation time as 60 minutes (during busy periods I don’t want to give a time we cannot meet). However during the start of every shift it is quiet and we can make orders quite quickly there I have set the fulfilment time from opening as 45 minutes. However the order preparation time overrides this. For example we open at 5:30pm and I would like the soonest time slot available to be 6:15 but because my order preparation time is 60 minutes it is 6:30pm. Is there anyway to get around this small issue? Also is there a possibility to set different times for delivery and pickup orders? As we could do pickup in 30.
