      Hello
      When ordering, a page opens automatically and asks the customer to provide credit card information. We do not have a credit card payment option on our homepage.

        only you will know what’s going on.
        sounds to me like you’ve been hacked – but maybe you have not been.
        as you are not providing a url or in fact anything else to go on, i cannot even begin to guess or comment
