Hi,
we have a little problem with the delivery address (city respectively zip/postcode) when customers pay with paypal.
There are two other threads in this forum but I think in our case it’s a different problem.
When customers choose cash payment, everything works fine.
But with paypal the city/zip/postcode is not shown in order history, the printed bon/sheet and emails. But when I look into the template preview of the print settings the full address is shown.“PayPal Checkout instead of the standard redirect” is not activated.
Also delivery time (preorder) was missing but I think I solved this with updating all plugins.
Your help is much appreciated. Thank you!

1 June, 2020 at 2:12 pm #49589Ok, I just updated the plugin (thanks for your note) and checked all settings after updating. Then I started a test order via Paypal.
(You can see the test order in our history, 1. Jun 2020 15:03.)Now I can confirm that the delivery time is shown correctly, but the city still is missing in order history, printer and email(s).
When I deactivated the postcode plugin a few weeks ago and used a simple dropdown on the order form, the city was shown correctly in the order history (just for information).

i’ll try to reproduce this here somehow first of all -and will get back to you when i can have something sensible to say about this
at the moment – as you might guess – this works just fine here in any scenario2 June, 2020 at 12:32 pm #49606let me ask you this:
in your email templates here
[your-domain]/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wppizza&page=templates
you have not actually enabled the post/zipccode output anyway (in your case named as “Ort/Stadt”)
did you just recently disable that ?
This must be enabled to show up in emails to the shop and in the order history2 June, 2020 at 1:57 pm #49608you have not actually enabled the post/zipccode output anyway (in your case named as “Ort/Stadt”)
did you just recently disable that ?We have two options here – the field for the zip/postcode plugin – and an extra order form field (just a simple select field for testing without the zip code plugin). But I recently activated both for testing purposes (it makes no difference).

sure , you can do that , but this will not make any difference to the post/zipcode plugin field being displayed really – it’s just another formfield like name, email etc etcthing is, i cannot see any of your postcode plugin settings and/or what exactly is enabled and how (if at all)
maybe you can post a screenshot of the settings2 June, 2020 at 2:16 pm #49610This reply has been marked as private.2 June, 2020 at 3:39 pm #49611This reply has been marked as private.2 June, 2020 at 3:49 pm #49612This reply has been marked as private.2 June, 2020 at 5:45 pm #49614This reply has been marked as private.2 June, 2020 at 6:03 pm #49616This reply has been marked as private.2 June, 2020 at 6:21 pm #49618This reply has been marked as private.2 June, 2020 at 6:56 pm #49620This reply has been marked as private.3 June, 2020 at 3:40 pm #49637This reply has been marked as private.13 June, 2020 at 4:43 pm #49838This reply has been marked as private.15 June, 2020 at 3:26 am #49874This reply has been marked as private. - AuthorPosts
