Hello this when someone pays by PayPal it gets stuck on this screen and doesn’t record the sales, therefore not appearing in orders however the money is being taken via paypal.
There is nothing in the log files for me to debug this. Please help ASAP.

It is set up to the recommended URL shown in the gateways screen. I can send a screenshot if you don’t believe me. Either way can you suggest how I can test if the IPN isn’t working? What can I do to solve this/debug?

If I wanted those kind of answers I would’ve asked in stackoverflow but there is a difference I am a paying customer I have been paying $100s of dollars to you for your so called premium addons! Doesn’t that warrant any sort of good support? I am paying you to help me so will you help or refer me to vague places?
FYI I have unlimited site subscription to a few of your plugins which equates to $100s per year. Yesterday i sent you an email which you didn’t even bother to reply to, and there is another thread which you have left to being moderated, I wonder why? It’s not malicious it’s just asking for help for which I am paying you!
Here’s the list of all the plugins I have purchased and still valid, you do the maths:

do you want me to copy and paste what it says in the troubleshooting section ?
i cannot possibly do any of this for you as i have no access to your server nor to your paypal account
once you give me some sort of information as asked there , i might be able to help furthersecondly, you have not even provided the most basic info like a link to your site
do you want me to guess what version(s) you are running or plugins you are using ?furthermore, from what i can see i replied to absolutely all emails (not only yesterday , but going back months and years)
checked your spam folder ? what email did you send it to ? what’s the subject line so i can search for it , in the unlikely case i overlooked thisi cannot see any topics that are in the moderation queue either

– if you have not done so yet, turn on “logging” under wppizza->gateways->paypal : “Logging ? (Y/N)”

/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wppizza&page=settings
to log all these files in the same place, wppizza/logsso first question is:
are there any paypal related logs in that directory (wp-content/plugins/wppizza/logs/)?
did you receive any notices/emails to your admin email regarding paypal errors of some sort ?that said, if you dont receive any IPN notifications in the first place , there’s nothing to log as it never reaches the server.
can you show a screenshot of the ipn order history of your paypal account ?

on your site at line 4 which can cause all sorts of issues (not necessarily regarding paypal, but you might want to fix that regardless)8 March, 2018 at 10:34 pm #35759Ok the logs are on but nothing there, I have added the ipn history from PayPal. It says sent and I did check those yesterday too. so i know it is being sent.
There have been no emails regarding error.

8 March, 2018 at 10:49 pm #35763also, given that it worked for over a year , is there anything that was changed between it working / not working (plugin updates – mainly some wppizza stuff but perhaps some other things might also cause issues, or server software and the like ) ?

Also it is Friday and it is a busy day it’s not just one site but at all of them (7) get stuck on the order is processing page. I will try to provide you the logs if it turns up so far none.
