Olli,
All plugins are up-to-date.
When updating to 3.7.2 the clients are no longer able to order 24h in advance as with 3.7.1. They get the message that the time-slot has expired.
Clients need to order a last the day before. For example: the shop closes tomorrow at 17h so they can place their order today for tomorrow until today 17h for orders to be picked-up tomorrow. The timeslot to place orders for tomorrow is closed at 17h. Today nobody is able to place an order for tomorrow from about 8h.
With 3.7.2 this is no longer possible.
After going back to 3.7.2 all is working fine again.
Nothing has been changed in the settings page. Can you please have a look into this? I think the last update for the pre-order isn’t working 100% as it should be.
Thx in advance,
Johan
21 July, 2023 at 11:44 am #64395To be able to comment, I would really need to see the general settings of the (preorder) plugin and the wppizza-> openingtimes.
perhaps you can make a screenshot available somewhere3.7.2 was in fact an update to stop people from being able to select expired/unavailable timeslot so perhaps something happened there I did not consider , or, conversely, it is now actually working as it should and it did not in 3.7.1
In any event I’d really need those settings to investigate either scenario
thanks

anyway , this was fixed (I believe) about a week ago with v.3.7.3

After some testing I had to revert back again from v3.7.3 to v3.7.1 becauce it kept hanging on loading the calendar to pick the delivery date. The spinning wheel keeps going round and round…
Only after doing a complete refresh of the page the calender was visible for selection for this order.
When placing a new order we have the same problem. This was tested with multiple devices & browsers. Can you have a further look into this please? For the moment we use v3.7.1

An update, on the other site where we use preorder v3.7.3 but don’t work with whole days it’s still loading fine.
So it’s only when using whole days that it keeps trying to load the calendar.5 August, 2023 at 11:13 pm #64431Do you have a URL where I can see this not working ? Using your settings here (you posted above) , this works just fine
