Hi Olly,
This is for the Pre-Order Extension, but I can’t find a forum for this?
I had it working, but after I removed all the test data and added my own products it is now not showing any items in my cart after adding, either during opening hours or afterwards.
It looks like it is adding it, but nothing shows. My site is not live, so will need to send you a login, if you want to have a look.
Any ideas what I can do?
Thanks
Kind regards
Regine

18 January, 2015 at 5:07 am #7151Hi Olly,
I didn’t get the notification, that you responded. I thought I had ticked the box.
Anyway, I am trying to create a user login for you for the sub-site on my Multisite set up, but can’t select Admin as user. I can’t enter a password either, but it said it will send you an email?
I just found the correct section. You should be an administrator now. See email. Please can you let me know if you get in if you can access everything you need to.
I worked out, that the adding to the cart works, if I have a product without additional ingredients. So seems to be something with the plugin.
Thanks
Regine

19 January, 2015 at 11:49 am #7185This reply has been marked as private.19 January, 2015 at 12:59 pm #7186ok, i have access now (not to everything , but to everything i need)
the problem is that your theme (seemingly) hijacks all pagelinks, so no page id gets ever passed along and scripts that only get loaded on the page where they are needed do not get included, hence stuff doesn’t work
you will see that http://new.elmexicano.net.au/joondalup/orders/ works just fine, whereas
http://new.elmexicano.net.au/joondalup/our-menu/#!/orders/ doesn’t (including the “update order” button btw)although i question the wisdom of doing this sort of thing in the first place i can – probably – add an option (which will be under wppizza->settings) which will include all scripts on on all pages (i will not make that the default, so you will have to enable that in the next update (later today i would think)
i will also have to update the timed menu plugin to reflect that (you will see an update in your dashboard when it’s released…also later today i would have though
apart from that , you also definitely want to update the add ingredients plugin (as you seem to be using a multisite setup) as you currently have this problem too

19 January, 2015 at 1:23 pm #7187Hi Olly,
Thanks for the explanation.
To be honest I am cursing myself already, that I have chosen that theme! But the site is up and running for a year, so I can’t just change it now. The /#!/ has something to do with the ajax loading and is apparently needed by Google – I have been told, but it’s beyond my knowledge.
What I am currently trying is adjusting a “normal” theme to have the same look with the background image and the menu displayed on the bottom and just have a normal content box, possibly even larger on the page just for the online order pages in the Multi site set up. the main page would stay as is. That could solve a lot of problems as well.
Will read the other article now.
Thanking you in advance.
Kind regards
Regine

yes, it does, but the problem is that the ajax only loads/gets the page content (so it seems) and not the scripts/css that are – normally – loaded/enqueued by that page
just released 2.11.7.3 which *should* solve your update order status on the order page for starters
(just enable wppizza->settings->load css and js on all pages) .I just need to update the preorder thing to adhere to that setting too. shouldnt take too long

25 January, 2015 at 3:41 am #7321Hi Olly,
Just wondering if you had updated the pre-order plugin? I don’t see any update info in wordpress? I did enter my license key.
Same for the other plugin Add Ingredients, no update showing.
Does it have to do with Multisite? in the Network Admin section where I install the plugin I don’t have an option to enter the license key.
Thanks
Regine
26 January, 2015 at 2:05 pm #7371as your admin-ajax has issues, i would suggest we get back to the above when that has been fixed
