Hi Olly. I just had a customer place an order for asap (we are closed today so I would assume they wanted it for tomorrow when we are open).

Anyways I thought I would ring the customer just to confirm and they actually wanted it for today they weren’t aware we were closed…

Having had a look at the website from the point of view of a customer I don’t believe it is obvious enough when the shop is closed you are preordering. My top item on the order page is greyed out being a timed menu therefore they couldn’t see the message that we are closed properly.

My requests are:
1, Have the closed message over every category in the menu rather than just the top category (as my top category is my special offers and the top item is a timed menu).

2, on the order page in the time slot when we are closed to have the text say something different than as soon as possible – like another input option in localisation.
