Hello Oli I have the following problems after I installed the pre-order extension for two months. Suddenly I can’t send an order. I always get a message. Pre-order is not possible at the moment, although the shop is normal necessarily pre-order extension I ask for help. Best regards

i have the same Problem now since 3 days. I cant make a order, only if i deactivate the preorder plugin. It worked for a few years, without making changes, it suddenly doesn’t work anymore.16 August, 2023 at 12:12 pm #64460please start your own topic. you cannot know if you have the same problem as the OP has not send any info.
In the meantime, a couple of observations:
a) you are using an outdated version of the plugin
b) have you enabled debug checked your debug log ? https://docs.wp-pizza.com/troubleshooting/
c) as you have not updated the plugin for quite I while and it worked for years but suddenly stopped working the chances are you did something else somewhere else that causes your issue (again, check your debug info)If you need to continue this conversation, please start a new topic (you can reference this one here with a link if you wish)

18 August, 2023 at 10:56 am #64492if you entered the licence key and activated it (WPPizza->Tools/Licences : Licences-Tab) you can update it from the plugins page of your wordpress installation.

https://www.wp-pizza.com/checkout/purchase-history/PS: The preorder widget will not work if you do not use a dedicated orderpage (see also setup https://docs.wp-pizza.com/getting-started/?section=setup)
You seem to have put the whole orderpage in the sidebar. Although in some circumstances this will work , it limits a number of things you can do so I would suggest you create a dedicated orderpage (although I’ll have a look here if I can make the preorder page work there too and will update it I can forn a workable solution)18 August, 2023 at 4:53 pm #64496as of 3.7.5 this should now also work if you do not use the orderpage but put the orderpage widget into the sidebar (as you have done)
