      Hi Olly,

      I am curretnly getting this error now. It happens after i have paied at epay.dk and redirects me to the page:

      We are proccesing your payment this page will automatically refresh….

      TXID: -INPROGRESS

      Cash on Demand is working.
      I can see trough the emails from epay that someone has payed. But there is no actually order to be found anywhere.

          did it work before ? did you change anything ?
          did/can you make sure your referring domain in your epay.dk amount is set to your domain

          essentially you are not receiving notifications from epay.dk at your domain at
          wp-content/plugins/wppizza-gateway-epay.dk/ipn/ipn.php

          can/have you enabled debug ? (http://docs.wp-pizza.com/troubleshooting/)
          anything in your debug.logs ?

            Hi,

            Yes I have been using it since 2-3 years.
            You might remember me under dimdim259.

            I installed a SMTP plugin and after I while at least the cod featur payment received a error saying something went wrong because of spam. I disabled it and at least cod is working but epay won’t. I don’t know if it relates to that plugin.

            Apperantly i had the debug on for quit a while. File is 25 mb. But last entry was a few weeks ago. Nothing from today. I’ll try to look deeper once I get home from the take away.

              i dont really remember usernames, but there are not that many people using epay.dk so your domain rings a bell somewhat

              needless to say if you havent change anythig, i havent either so i can only assume epay.dk did not send the notifications to your server. maybe check your account settings there and/or have a chat with them

                Ok. Apprentaly i looked the wrong place for the logging.

                I added the last couple of days cause the file is like 30mb now. Need to turn logging off…

                1) When i choose to pay trough epay and once i land at the epay page and i decide to press the small X on top right to cancel payment, i am not transfered back to the shop. The progress bar just keeps running. You can see for yourself when you try to ordrer something trough epay.

                On mobile it sort of works but i get to a “sorry, this order can not be found page”..

                2) When i am at epay.dk and look trough my settings there is a option for a callback url. That is empty but i think i remember that there used to be one there.. But i am not sure..

                  smtp plugin and your php notices (though i’ll see if i i can reproduce and eliminate them )
                  are most certainly not the issue

                  can i have admin access to have a look ?
                  (if you post credentials here, make sure you set the reply to be private)

                      thanks, looks all reasonable
                      couple of things. can you send me (if there are) any logfiles in wppizza/logs to dev[at]wp-pizza.com

                      also, if you have set up a secret key in your epay.dk account, can you enter it in th egateway settings please ? (and if you do not have one set up , perhaps it’s mandatory now within epay.dk, not sure. either way it’s better to do that anyway)

                          I have set a md5 key in both epay and Epay GateWay. At least that is working but there is still the error of not receiving the callback from Epay. I have added the full links above. That transaction was made just before the md5 key was used.

                            can you please go to

                            https://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wppizza&page=settings

                            and enable
                            Log failed orders
                            as well as
                            Errors to admin email

                            , do a test order with epay.dk and let me know – if it fails – what email you will have received at the admin email as well as any probably generated logfiles in wppizza/logs

                            might give us more of a clue as to where exactly it fails
