I have taken over a WordPress website for a client that was created by another web designer. They had already installed and configured WPPizza and they have created a number of products. However I’m having a few issues with displaying the products and the images. I’ve looked through your documentation and all seems to be in order but I can’t figure out what’s wrong.

i) I have set up an order page and inserted the [wppizza type=”orderpage”] shortcode. However, none of the products are appearing on the page. I have assigned the Order Page in Order Settings > Global.

ii) I have added featured images to the products but when the page preview is not displaying the featured image.

I have tried switching to the Twenty Nineteen theme but I have the same result so it’s not a theme clash. Can you please advise?
