      Hi Olly,

      I hope all is well.

I would need a solution to the coupon functionality that we manage on the platform. I am developing several agreements with companies, which provide exclusive discounts for their employees.

The problem is that these discounts should only be usable in or near the company premises, but employees can also use them from home, regardless of their geographical location.

To solve this problem, I thought of implementing a control based on the postal codes (ZIP codes) of the delivery areas. In practice, I would like it to be possible to associate each coupon with a list of valid postcodes. When a customer enters a coupon, the system should check that the postcode of the delivery address falls within the authorised ones.

For example, if a coupon is intended for employees of the Galliera Hospital in Genoa, the valid postcodes would be those of the hospital area (e.g. 16128). If a customer enters a delivery address with a different postcode, the coupon should not be applied.

In this way, we could ensure that discounts are only used in the areas covered by the agreements.

Would you be able to implement this change? Or give me a solution that I cannot think of?

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

      See you soon,

      Maurizio

Sorry, but I do not offer customisations (please see: https://docs.wp-pizza.com/faqs/?section=customisation)
Furthermore, what you are describing is not exactly something that could be implemented in a couple of lines of code, so even if I were to offer customisations, I can guarantee you you would not like what I would have to charge for a one-off thing like this.

I could add a filter to the postcode plugin that could then be used by someone to filter code availabilities/validities depending on whatever conditions you want , but that’s as far as it goes I’m afraid.
