Server 500 Error

      Hi,

      We purchased and installed the Coupons extension and we’re getting a Server 500 error when trying to access the backend. The site comes up fine, but the backend (admin dashboard) returns the error.

      Removing the plugin takes us back to normal.

      Any help is greatly appreciated.

        you must check your server error logs, a 500 error could be absolutely anything
