Hello,
I have installed a responsive template and when i run the website through a mobile device, the side bar which contains the shopping cart, it is appeared at the end of the screen. Can i display it on top of the screen in order the user don’t need to scroll until the end to see what he added in his shopping cart?
Also in which css files should i make changes in order to change the layout of the shopping cart for mobile devices?

that’s really down to your theme, but you could of course put a second cart somewhere at the top that’s only visible on mobile devices (perhaps the “minicart” as i call it – see here:
