SMTP not working at V3.X

      Now i cloned my running wppizza installation (2.x) for an new projet.
      I upgraded the installation by the upgrading manual.

      All went fine but the SMTP sending / testing part in SETTINGS
      is not running… Logging is enbaled, but no error like it sounds reagarding smtp…
      And these errors were still there in the 2.X version.

      I tested all – different running smtp accounts “forward and back”.
      Same server config / place..
      2.X no prob. 3.x not running. Olly Do you have any idea?

        works all fine here as intended
        i’d suggest you enable debug and check your console
