Sofortüberweisung gateway problem

      Hi Olly,

      I am using Sofortüberweisung gateway in my website https://www.royal-pizza-leonberg.de.
      I have setup this gateway as per your instructions. I tried test mode and it worked from the Sofortüberweisung account itself. But when I order items from website and click Sofortüberweisung as payment method, nothing happens..the page just refreshes itself..
      I checked logs but there is nothing in the logs..

      In debug log, I see the following
      [20-Apr-2017 13:38:47 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: inline_style_td_ctr in /wp-content/plugins/wppizza/inc/markup.order.html.inc.php on line 298

      Can you help me with this?

              ok, it’s simple.
              you are using an old version (1.1) of the sofort gateway

                But it was working before…

                Shall I just update to latest version? Do I need to do all the configuration and steps again?
                What is your recommended way of update of this plugin?

                  yes. updates exist for a reason (for example WP 4.7 did not even exist when v 1.1 of the sofort gateway was released)
