Hi!
Thanks again for your help yesterday.I found something else.
1. I add your own categories wppizza.
2. I set the order by dragging. Now everything is ok.
3. Add / Remove another category
4. refresh the page with categories
5. The categories are mixed. Ie. They are arranged alphabetically. If the point of the third after adding / removing categories I move a different category and refresh page – everything is ok. If you forget to move even one category I lose my order.
Regards!
14 April, 2016 at 12:34 pm #17368thanks. I’ll see what is happening.
I was sure I had that issue fixed once and for all a few months ago.
Alas, it appears it has come up again for some reason.
At least it’s only a case of re-sorting , and most of the time people will add/remove/sort their categories and then will not have to touch them for a while. The “old/original” issue was that the categories even disappeared in the admin (but not the frontend)
it all comes from having to add a script that actually allows category sorting, as wordpress does not allow for that by default…
anyway, I’ll fix it when I get to the bottom of it
