Hi, i got a order today with a whit field in address textbox, there was noting at all, and on the print in the top there was this error
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in
/home/cantinos2980/public:html/wp-content/plugin/wppizza/templates/wppizza-order-print.php on line 350See this picture http://screencast.com/t/MPB8O5MdKU
Do you have any idea why this happens??
Thanks
3 January, 2016 at 4:42 am #14908I received a few orders like that today too. This is how I fixed it.
Go back into templates. Click on the pencil to make changes to it. Then in Customer Details put a checkmark into all the fields you want displayed. Hit Save.
That’s it.
3 January, 2016 at 10:58 am #14909I dont have the “templates” menu, im using version 2.11.10
3 January, 2016 at 2:26 pm #14910Well. That makes it more difficult. I guess wait for Olly to see how he can help you.
Any specific reason why you haven’t updated? Latest version works great on my end.
3 January, 2016 at 4:32 pm #14913sounds more like you are using an old mysql version perhaps ?!
see requirements here
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wppizza/3 January, 2016 at 4:40 pm #14915PS: your version is also 9 months old. i don’t update the plugins out of boredom but to improve or and/or fix things
i would advise you to update the plugin (not withstanding what i have been saying about the mysql version above) as you *might* find your “problem” will magically disappear…4 January, 2016 at 2:54 pm #14926thanks
mysql version is fine, i will update the plugin, the reason i haven’t done it is because i made many customization on it.but you cant tell me why it happen other then i should update??
4 January, 2016 at 4:04 pm #14927i *can* tell you , that it could happen if you are using an old mysql version or of course if you did something in your customisation that could cause it (but i do not know anything about that of course)
as – according to you – your mysql version is >=5.5 i can only assume that it’s something in your customisation as you are the only one reporting it…
7 January, 2016 at 9:52 am #15066actually, what just occurred to me is that – as your wppizza version is quite old – your db collation has probably not been updated either regardless off what mysql version you use.
so that would probably be the issuesee here
https://www.wp-pizza.com/topic/error-sorry-we-could-not-find-this-order-2/
as to what the db structure should be (especially all the utf8mb4_unicode_ci collation statements)MAKE A BACKUP before you change db tables !!
7 January, 2016 at 1:26 pm #15071Ok thanks
