Hello!
I installed the Polylang plugin and I have a little problem.
[wppizza category=”!all”] – This is a great shortcode for the home page – automatically displays all categories and items.
However, in another language, though the translation category and position in the menu still seeing an only in the primary language version.
Is there any chance that in other languages this shortcode to work and display the translated categories and menu items?
🙂
16 March, 2016 at 12:28 pm #16587Sorry, I cannot offer support for other plugins.
16 March, 2016 at 12:33 pm #16588to quantify a bit. The plugin supports WPML and (at least tries to be) WPML compatible.
So if that same issue exist with WPML I will look into it16 March, 2016 at 1:39 pm #16595Thanks for the answer.
I have come to this, that the problem is in the translation of taxonomies. When I want to add a language for the menu when an error occurs.load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.4.2:5
POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)Do you have any idea what is wrong? It seems to me that when this will be corrected then Polylang plugin will fully work with WPPizza 🙂
16 March, 2016 at 1:46 pm #16598you have in internal (500) server error (obiously).
that could be absolutely anything.i would suggest you turn on debug and check your error logs
13 April, 2016 at 11:52 am #17295Hello!
I have a problem.
I bought WPML because Polylang did not work well.I use [wppizza category=”!all” showadditives=”0″] to display all categories automatically.
Unfortunately, translated categories are displayed twice on frontpage.
Also, when I add the translation in the categories wppizza display an error and to see added translation must refresh the page.– ok, it was my fault

WPPizza 2.16.10
WPML 3.3.713 April, 2016 at 12:19 pm #17296from your dropbox it looks like you DO actually have 2 categories, but only one is showing.
can you please post the info under wppizza->tools : system info(mark the reply with that data as private if you wish)
13 April, 2016 at 12:23 pm #17297i would also suggest you turn off all other plugins except (WPML and wppizza) and use a default WP theme as some of your php warnings could be from elsewhere/another plugin (and it is not obvious where they come from)

as mentioned above, can you please disable all other plugins and use a default WP theme (at least temporarily) to see if you still get those warnings ? or if the warnings change ?[admin: according to your next post , for the moment at least , this should not be necessary]
13 April, 2016 at 12:36 pm #17301>Displays them twice.
can you please rename your customised loop template to something else13 April, 2016 at 12:41 pm #17302This reply has been marked as private.13 April, 2016 at 12:43 pm #17303correction: instead of “can you please rename your customised loop template to something else”
actually – please use a default theme (again, temporarily at least) and see if you are still getting duplicated menu items
