I have disabled popup for add ingredients at the moment as we will be open soon so want the order system to be usable.

I would rather give a discount to customers when paying by cash as opposed to charging customers to pay by card (just a different way of doing things but it looks a lot nicer and I can say card transactions are free!).
No problem i’ll just have to do it another way for now 🙂

An option to choose from a set of freebies would be good also if a code is applied.
I have been operating for months now and have never had this issue I’ve had hundreds of customers use my website… Sure it’ll probably happen one day but it’s not worth forcing registration for all the customers you will lose straight away who won’t even bother to use your website to order,
Had a full day with zero problems! Maybe disabling/re-enabling the extension or adding more wp memory has fixed this issue for good.
The previous version doesn’t have this issue for me. The previous version the order would come through even if the customer omitted some details but no customer omits vital information like their address and notes (only thing they did omit occasionally was email and telephone number but these are not vital when I have already received payment).
This version the customer puts in all the details but the plugin/extension/whatever is wiping that information so I have no information as opposed to some information. I can live without an email address or telephone number for a delivery order but I cannot send them the order if I do not know their address. But sure use duplicator please it’ll be easier for you to get to the bottom of it. I have been lucky tonight as one customer was a regular (so I knew their address) and the other customer replied to their email.
How do I get you these log files and what’s a database dump of wppizza_order and how would I do that? Could you also email me or send me a link of the previous version please because if it’s not fixed before tomorrow opening I will just use that
The first order was from a regular customer who knows how to use the system so they did not omit anything. No one would place an online delivery order omitting their address…
Previous version – A customer can go through the order process without having to fill in all the required fields.
Current version – A customer puts an order through with all the details but the plugin wipes all the customer information (look at my order history you will see two examples).
I emailed both customers asking them their orders details which they did fill in with notes and none of that’s there. Regarding a previous version I don’t keep a catalogue of all your extension versions so i’d need you to email me it if you have a copy so I can take card payments again tomorrow.
Is there anyway I can downgrade Stripe? It’s bank holiday Monday tomorrow it’s important i’m able to take credit cards – I know the older version had an issue it would send an order through if customer didn’t put in required fields but it the lesser of the two problems as some details are better than none.

I updated this morning and two orders tonight had this issue and they both happened to be Stripe orders.
