Ok. Knowing you I imagine it’ll be in the next update 😛
Right the error just happened again and I got this error message:
Failed to load resource
https://www.rednaga.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERRORSo it is something to do with the SSL?
These problems are intermittent so I don’t think they’re related to any other plugins and I only use mainstream popular plugins nothing out of the ordinary. For example this week it has only happened on 2 occasions. I simply think it is because the polling didn’t sent the information through correctly for whatever reason – most likely the server.
I would be interested in this sertacekici if you could send it to me? I am having a few issues with the current order page simply because:
1, Not all people are good with computers – my previous online order system was pretty simple it made an alert noise and all the staff had to do was press 1 button print and then the order was done – currently my staff (depending on who) find it a bit more difficult having to change the order status and setup the print (you have to choose 2 chits every time for example and sometime settings may change if someone has printed a document before on the same pc say a a4 word file so they have to setup the margins etc etc and can be troublesome when we’re busy with people who have little computer experience).
2, Sometimes the server doesn’t always allow the order to poll (and i’m not willing to pay for really expensive hosting when I may as-well pay for another company to make the online ordering website) – therefore it causes a popup error that is silent and the page needs refreshing but my staff are unaware when this happens as there is no alarm sound when it doesn’t poll. I have spoken to my previous website supplier and he said his software (that we previously used) would ignore 3-4 non polls and on the 5th sound an alarm to which we no it’s no longer polling and we would attend to this error – if you could implement something similar it would be perfect.
I will update the plugin as usual and try and see if it works during the day – if not i’ll just revert back to the large list which I am using now.
I did on a previous version of my website but not this one – it was one of my reasons that I had to remake my website I was unable to add the code ‘naga10’ as I had added it before but deleted it (so the database or wherever the information is held still thought that coupon was active). I would have just changed the code name but I had already sent our flyers/letters promoting the discount code.
Has to be naga10 I may just use this workaround from now on to be safe.
I’d rather not downgrade as i’ll miss out on future upgrades. I’m going to do the old fashion way and set the coupon codes to work WITH certain items (therefore a big list). Therefore I ask you to not mess around with the 2 coupon codes I have if you need todo testing it would be best if you create another coupon code.
Ok. As far as i’m aware it happened after I updated 3 extensions today. One was coupon code, one was wppizza main plugin and not sure what the other one was.
Ok cool. Did enabling/disabling reset the coupon codes to work again? Or is the problem still there?
Ok do your thing. But we are open so if you could do it without disabling the wppizza plugin etc it would be preferred.

This reply has been marked as private.Lol that is a completely different thing.
Thanks Olly it has worked for the main url. It doesn’t work if I type in say http://www.rednaga.co.uk/order-online – directly to another page but it’s better than before anyways.
Is there anyway to make my web browser make a repetitive sound when it fails when polling and an error pops up? I have browsed your forum and enabled this for new orders but don’t know how and if at all possible for error popups or are they part of my web browsers software?
I’m changing hosts as they were unable to help me resolve my problems.
Ok thanks as usual Olly i’ll try to fix this asap – this is causing the popup errors – that is the website falling over yes?
Ok I understand. But this shouldn’t be an issue as all links (even on the http website) link to https version – the only page a customer may see that is http is the main website (www.rednaga.co.uk) but any subsequent website will be https because all navigation links are https. Or is this still a problem and maybe a cause of some of the error messages?
Regardless I am looking to fix this anyways as I don’t want any errors on the page.
