Hi Olly , I will forward you one order I received last night which has wrong ingredients.I have been doing some test orders this morning and I found out that when using Microsoft Edge only the items appear in the cart and the order page is fine but once you press send order you find wrong ingredients in the confirmation page and also in the email .
I’ve also tried chrome and internet explorer and everything was fine .That was my first guess. I thought I messed it up with some custom groups but I found that everything was okay. My second guess was that I thought that a clever user used the Instructions box ( comment box ) to add some more ingredients as the works comment does not show up in the html version but after I checked the order history I found those ingredients above the comment word so that was not the case too .
Anyway I will keep you updated if I received any of those orders again .forgot to say that the shop is open atm and they are receiving the orders. when I test it my self I do not see anything wrong too and they also received lots of orders this week with no problems. its only exactly 4 orders that came with wrong ingredients from different users this week .

is there any code like the above can totally hide specific labels once pickup is selected ?, Still like the above idea though
The same thing happend with me extacle 2 weeks ago, at the end appeared to be the web hosting company which is hostgator, the sorted it out in less then a minute. In my experience its nothing to do with they plugin and I was using SMTP too .

then you should not be sending him any other emails than a copy of the order when it was made,as he/she will not have opted in / agreed for you to do that in the first place.
I totally agree with you but if that is the case we can simply require a log in or do it as a automatic email following the order for users that made orders without logging in.
sorry, but if you send emails to someone who did not agree to be contacted by you for anything other than the order itself, it’s spam. plain and simple.
I mentioned above that my previous system was allowing me to send emails and I use to send emails asking for a review but they did not take it as spam , now I hear only complainants on review sites ( it’s simply people write bad reviews when they are not happy but they will never write a good review unless we ask )
I’m trying to find my way to do that anyway but just wanted you to know that this future is not outside the scope of what wppizza does and I’m very sure that if you add this feature in extensions everyone will buy it.

what if the user is not registered ?
will it be possible to export the order history ? instead of going to each order to get the email address
I will start with what I used to do.
At the end of the week I used to select all orders and change the states to review order at this time the customer will receive email, the Email includes the name, order number and at the bottom is a link to the review page on my website at that page there are all review sites icons (Yelp,Facebook and google) and also they still can leave a review on the same page .I used also service called https://kudobuzz.com/
I used to export order history as CSV and upload that file to my account on the above site and send bulk reviews emails .did you get me ?

Secondly thank you for the documentation I did enable the ipn on my PayPal account and works fine now !This reply has been marked as private.I’ve just done my first paypal test order and got the same error, any Idea ?
