I’m blind as a bat. I missed it.
Thanks!
The issue happened again. I found this in the console this time.
Most likely
Just did a test order and everything worked fine. No errors popped up in the console. Nothing has changed since the first order. I’ll keep an eye on it just in case.
Thanks!
Ok, I tried that. No luck.
It did work on another site though. Don’t know what might be causing it. Need to investigate further.
Thanks!
I forgot wp debug. I only checked the payeezy logs. Will try wp debug today to see what shows up in there.
Thanks
I checked the logs, but they do not show any errors anywhere. Yesterday the error happened with a customer. I tried to place an order right after her to see, but my order was successfully charged. I can’t seem to be able to pin point what’s causing it. It just happens randomly at the moment.
Well. That makes it more difficult. I guess wait for Olly to see how he can help you.
Any specific reason why you haven’t updated? Latest version works great on my end.
I received a few orders like that today too. This is how I fixed it.
Go back into templates. Click on the pencil to make changes to it. Then in Customer Details put a checkmark into all the fields you want displayed. Hit Save.
That’s it.
So, I’ve successfully moved pretty much everything except the meal sizes.
I can’t seem to find them inside the options table.
The ingredients, and custom ingredient groups moved over fine. Got the order history too, and the menu items. Just missing the meal sizes.Any leads are appreciated
Thanks
The payment failed message happens randomly. I have logging turned on. I will check those.
Last night I moved the site into a standalone site. Finishing it right now. Let’s see how it goes
Will do
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.I see. That’s exactly the issue.
Does it have to be an existing folder or can I create one specifically for this? Thanks Olly
What can I do to fix the issue?
I’m on a VPS now and can make the necessary needed changesThanks
Trying to edit the OP, but it won’t let me so I’ll add this bit more of info.
The second video shows the same website that wasn’t working in the first video working fine about an hour later after I recorded the first video.
Ok.
Thanks
My embed failed.
Here’s the pic fixedAhhh hah. That explains it.
I was testing on the new server which did not have the SSL certificate installed at the moment. Currently working on installing it right now actually.
Using the Gmail settings in the SMTP part of WP Pizza will not work. You will need to use OAuth2 to be able to send emails. I spent hours of frustration trying to figure it out.
I installed a plugin named Postman SMTP and set it up and voila, SMTP emails are working with Gmail now.
I used this video to set it up.
